• Assignment Length: 13-week travel nursing contract
• Start Date: January 12, 2026
• End Date: April 13, 2026
• Setting: SICU/MICU (24-bed Intensive Care Unit)
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour night shifts)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel RN, On-Site
• Self-Scheduling: Flexible scheduling options available
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,470 - $1,570

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Tennessee or compact state)
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (current)
• Experience with Meditech clinical documentation system preferred
• Ability to float and work collaboratively with all ICU staff
• Black scrubs required per hospital dress code

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in a 24-bed SICU/MICU
• Manage patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 based on acuity levels
• Assist with advanced ICU procedures including EVD placement, central line, and arterial line management
• Operate and monitor specialized ICU equipment such as SLEDD and EVD
• Accurately document patient care using Meditech EMR system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including unit secretaries and clinical techs
• Follow unit-specific policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines
• Participate in self-scheduling and float assignments within the hospital as needed
