Our client base includes real estate investors/developers, hospitality (restaurant groups), and high‑net‑worth individuals with multiple entities and K‑1s.
Senior Tax Manager (CPA) — Real Estate, Partnerships & HNW (Hybrid)
Realm Business and Tax Advisory
Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 base (DOE) + bonus
We’re hiring a Senior Tax Manager (CPA) with strong California tax expertise and deep real estate + partnership experience to lead complex client engagements, elevate our advisory service model, and mentor team members.
What you’ll do
• Lead tax engagements for real estate, hospitality, and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Review/sign complex federal and multi‑state returns (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120‑S).
• Oversee compliance and planning for partnerships, S‑corps and closely held businesses.
• Deliver proactive planning (estimates, entity structuring, tax‑saving strategies) and communicate clearly.
• Coach and review staff work; collaborate with leadership on process and technology improvements.
• Use modern cloud tools (Lacerte, Canopy) to drive efficiency and accuracy.
What we’re looking for
• Active CPA license.
• 7+ years in tax with strong California tax expertise.
• 3+ years Tax Manager experience.
• Real estate and partnership taxation depth.
• Public accounting background required.
• Strong client communication, leadership, and a bias toward action.
