Assist retail and shop customers with parts selection in a friendly, professional manner.
Provide information on companion parts, specials, and full product offerings.
Answer phone calls and provide price quotes and product details.
Review body shop estimates to ensure accurate parts and pricing.
Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers.
Pull, fill, and replenish stock orders and notify management of out-of-stock items.
Update service advisors and customers when special orders arrive.
Follow up on back-ordered parts.
Support outside sales representatives with their orders.
Ensure all internal parts requests are billed correctly on repair orders.
Process payments, issue credits, and maintain accurate records and invoices.
Maintain clean, organized front and rear counter areas.
Participate in training programs and stay current on new products.
Assist the parts manager in tracking lost sales.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
1+ year of experience in a similar role preferred.
Completion of a drug screen and acceptable background check.
