Experience — 12–15 Years
Education / Certifications — B Tech / M Tech / MCA – Deep exposure in Net Suite Practice, Implementation and Deployment
Overview of the RoleAMZUR INFOTECH is looking for a highly effective Net Suite Practice Manager to join our dynamic and dedicated team. In this role, you will utilize your experience to improve AMZUR INFOTECH’s profitability in technology implementations while improving the expertise, hands‑on implementation guidance, and project management leadership. To succeed in this position, you will need to provide exceptional service to practice team members and clients, while meeting target utilization and profitability goals for the Net Suite practice.
Whatwill your role entail?
- Manage the practice and orchestrate resource balancing to achieve team‑based profitability and other KPIs.
- Responsible for effective management of consulting practices P&L.
- Participate in annual consulting practice planning budget.
- Monitor practice pipeline/capacity with sufficient foresight to drive intended resource utilization and productivity.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of AMZUR INFOTECH’s strategic initiatives and correlate practice goals accordingly.
- Work with project team members and PMO to proactively manage risks and client expectations through all phases of project implementation.
- Provide solution architecture and design consulting services.
- Participate in pre‑sales activities including introductory calls, product demonstrations, scope/deliverable/milestone identification, project estimation and proposal review.
- Collaborate with the sales team to effectively transition new clients into consulting practice.
- Instrumental in transitioning completed client projects to AMZUR INFOTECH Customer Care team for ongoing support.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Account Executives to remedy client satisfaction issues that may occur during engagement, serving as an escalation point when required.
- Continuously mentor Consulting Managers and all levels of consulting resources to define career paths and achieve personal/professional goals. Conduct quarterly performance reviews.
- Assist with management of AMZUR INFOTECH Partner Program. Foster relationships with designated partners and strategize to obtain adequate training and certification.
- Participate in vertical‑specific industry events to drive market presence, foster client relationships, and generate/nurture leads around roadmaps, new functionality and licensing models.
- Organize user conference presentations to demonstrate AMZUR INFOTECH knowledge and expertise in designated areas.
- Timely completion of deliverables.
