Market General Manager

• Oversee training and development in the market
• Recruit and hire management along with “Bench Management”
• Manage P&L and assets – including sales, labor, food & beverage, and OMC management
• Build a fun recognition culture that models the corporate mission and culture
• Inspect restaurants weekly to ensure compliance with standards
• Build strong teams in the restaurant and market to deliver the “Promise” to every guest
• Engage in clear, consistent communication with field leadership and restaurant staff daily
• Demonstrate the highest level of integrity, respect for individual employees, and appreciation for their efforts and contributions; develop personal recognition to present to top performers in your market
• Provide effective training and development; supply meaningful and timely performance feedback
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (people, safety, assets, cash, etc.)

• 3‑5 years of multi‑unit experience in the QSR field with 5 years of restaurant/retail management
• Self‑motivated and hungry for success
• Consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and performance
• Understand the power of recognition and engagement; able to create a culture of empowerment in the market
• Hold self and team to the highest standards, maintaining policies and procedures prescribed by the company
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills
• Able to interact easily with diverse employees
• Proficient in PC and Microsoft Office Suite
• Willing to travel occasionally; relocation is a plus but not mandatory
