Shift Manager

About the Franchise

The restaurant is owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald’s logos and products, but it is the sole employer responsible for all employment matters.

Shift Manager – full‑time. Pay up to $16.00 per hour.

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, maintain quality, service and cleanliness.
• Maintain safety, security and profitability.
• Communicate and hand‑off responsibilities to the next Shift Manager.
• Help departments meet their goals and meet shift targets.
• Key duties include:
  Food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, managing crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training.

• 18 years or older, required to serve as a manager.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.

• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
