Description And Requirements:

Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 Wireless Retail outlets via Walmart Supercenters, with a dedicated sales team of over 3,200 brand representatives. As a Wireless Sales Professional, you will engage shoppers and connect them with the wireless products & solutions they desire. You will close sales through hustle, creativity, and problem‑solving. • Recommend personalized product baskets.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Maintain wireless plan‑ogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.

• Show resilience and resourcefulness in intercepting customers in a high‑traffic environment.
• Stay hungry to excel in an uncapped commission sales role.

• Be prepared for 8‑10 hour shifts, standing/moving around.
• Maintain flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.

Prior sales experience or wireless category knowledge is not mandatory; training is provided.
