JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards, and access to an insured vehicle for delivery. You should possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.

General Job Duties For All Store Team Members:
Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily.

Training Orientation and on-the-job training provided.

Many team members began as delivery drivers and today are successful Domino’s franchise owners, with opportunities to move from delivery driver to management, general manager, franchisee, or Manager Corporate Operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/

SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately (calculator permitted). Make correct monetary change. Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area. Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, or other delivery sites while carrying product.

WORK

CONDITIONS:

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather; in-store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F and higher. Fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler. Hot surfaces up to 500°F or higher. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. May involve outdoor delivery conditions.

SENSING:
Talking and hearing on telephone. Near and mid-range vision. Depth perception. Differentiation of hot and cold surfaces. Far and night vision for driving.

TEMPERAMENTS:
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, interact with people, analyze data, and make decisions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Standing, walking, sitting, lifting (up to 50 pounds with cases up to 72 high), carrying (e.g., 30-pound cans), pushing/pulling, climbing stairs or ladders, stooping/bending, reaching above head, and driving. Workers may perform tasks at assembly stations, front counters, storage, and during deliveries.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Driving duties include delivering pizzas within a designated area, possibly several deliveries per shift, and delivering flyers/door hangers. Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required.
