Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Sales, Marketing and Contracts team based in Herndon, Virginia.
As an Administrative Assistant at Airbus Commercial Aircraft, you are the engine that keeps our Sales, Marketing, and Contracts team moving forward. You won't just manage calendars; you will be the coordinator of the high-stakes environment where global aerospace deals are made. From orchestrating complex international workshops to supporting multi-million dollar customer proposals, your organizational mastery ensures that our leaders can focus on what they do best: shaping the future of flight.

Coordinate meetings, events, weblive logistics, team boosters, workshops, and associated communications
Manage duties associated with travel & expense, phones, and IT & Facilities
Update & maintain team travel and vacation team calendars
Cascade information, announcements, and process updates
Manage agendas, mail, and distribution lists
Assist team with coordinating campaigns and proposals
Assist team with supporting customer requests as appropriate
Assist team with consistent application of E&C guidelines
Create PO requisitions and goods receipts using Click n' Buy tool
Promote positive work environment and monitor team morale
Promote initiatives to reduce environmental footprint (reduction of printing, plastic, waste)
Other duties as assigned
Associates degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3+ years experience in administrative support roles servicing multiple and dynamic teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain organized, handle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Demonstrated problem solving abilities
Ability to work in a team environment while being a dynamic, innovative and creative individual contributor
Proficiency in GSuite applications
Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal
Project Management skills
Authorized to work in the US

In-office locations a minimum of 3 days per week, may vary week to week(post-probationary period)Vision:
Ability to see and read computer screens and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports.Hearing:
