Role Overview
  • Perform contracts management functions across the spectrum of actions associated with providing supplies and services, from capture through proposal, contract award, and all phases of contract administration.
  • Provide business advice and guidance to, and coordinate with, program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, business development, engineering, human resources, accounting, and compliance to effectively manage a breadth of responsibilities, including contract solicitations/capture, negotiations, and contract terms, including fulfillment of related obligations.
  • Serve as the authorized, empowered representative for the Company as the interface with customer buying representatives responsible for building effective relationships and managing contracts to support business goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate solutions to contractual issues and customer concerns related to Company performance.
  • Ensure contractual compliance with all laws and regulations, and adherence to Delegation of Authority and approval requirements for proposals and contractual actions.
  • Lead and support audits, as appropriate, with internal and external audit teams and agencies to support contract‑related activities and verify compliance.
  • Ensure final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations.
  • Plan and participate in training of contract practices within the Company.
  • Collect contractual data and compile reports in response to Corporate and Business Area requests.
Basic Qualifications
  • Contracts negotiation, analyst, or management experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven exceptional strategic communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Top Secret clearance required prior to start.
Desired Skills
  • Experience with FAR/DFARS based contracts, including cost type and fixed‑price arrangements.
  • TS‑SCI clearance desired.
  • NCMA and/or IACCM certification highly desired.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with customers representing contracts or program issues professionally and clearly.
  • Demonstrated experience briefing senior leadership on program status and contractual issues.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills to support and achieve business goals, and a desire to grow the business and improve program performance.
Security Clearance

This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: TS/SCI (TS‑SCI desired).

  • Pay Rate:
    Annual base salary range varies by state. For California, Massachusetts, New York (excluding major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, or Washington, D.C., the range is $63,800 – $112,470.
