Our Broadband Product Management team is at the forefront of building the customer-facing products and experiences that will continue to fuel our expansion in internet services for homes and businesses.
The 'Product Manager' role at T-Mobile is a visionary, strategist, analyst, customer evangelist, respected leader of execution, and professional relationship builder all rolled into a single dynamic package. At T-Mobile, Product Managers wear many hats to successfully deliver delightful and differentiated products that drive growth and positively impact our customers' lives. They have ownership of T-Mobile's internal and external products, platforms, services, and experiences and are ultimately accountable for achieving our broader business goals.
Each day in the life of a Product Manager is different, ranging from conducting market research, driving product requirements, defining long-term product strategy and roadmaps, helping drive product delivery by partnering with Engineering teams. Our Product Managers build bridges by aligning and effectively communicating with a broad range of stakeholders to drive product initiatives forward.
This is a hybrid position required to be working in-office at least 3 days a week.
Responsibilities- Create, manage, maintain, and communicate product vision, roadmap, and backlog for product solutions with high levels of complexity and scope
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and vendors to understand current customer experiences and identify areas of opportunity
- Synthesize feedback and translate it into product features
- Align product teams and cross-functional partners
- Make judgements and prioritize decisions that are in the best interests of our customers, stakeholders, and business objectives
- Drive product development by setting the pace, prioritizing ruthlessly, and unblocking execution
- Efficiently execute to ship products and deliver impact for our business and users
- Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree;
Advanced degree preferred - 4 years of proficient ability in a product management role, with a focus on building technology products.
- Experience in product development, innovation, and/or strategic initiatives, including working with marketing, engineering, and other cross-functional partners.
- An understanding of the technical, design, and UX implications of your functional requirements.
- Previous experience communicating requirements to engineering teams and managing requirements modifications during product development.
- Ability to partner with different functions to ensure that your solutions drive real business impact. Strategic thinking and ability to incorporate larger business context into algorithm and product development.
- Effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership, while employing a degree of collaboration and influence.
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Base Pay Range: $100,100 - $180,600 Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
