To be considered, you must have at least 8+ years of heavy civil estimating experience.

• Experience completing prequalification packages for vendors/suppliers.
• Ability to build a job from beginning to end.
• Ability to create a work plan for a job.
• Experience printing plans and specs and creating estimate notebooks.
• Experience maintaining project lists and vendor databases.
• Experience in obtaining subcontractor and vendor quotes.
• Experience completing take-offs.
• Ability to create schedules and estimates as needed.
• Ability to write/create proposal documents as needed.
• Ability to attend site visits and pre-bid meetings.
• Ability to use Auto CAD (preferred).
• Experience using Heavy Bid.
• Experience using Plan Swift (preferred).
• Experience using AGTEK (preferred).
• Experience using P6 (preferred).

• College degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5 years construction field experience (preferred).
• Excellent written and oral communication.

• Must have valid driver's license
• Must participate in pre-employment and random drug screening program.
• Subject to a background screening process
