Pay Range
This role offers a base pay range of $90,000.00/yr — $/yr
. The actual compensation is based on skills and experience and will be discussed with the recruiter.
- Establish and maintain the master project schedule, preparing a detailed two‑week look‑ahead schedule that reflects daily goals and labor activities.
- Conduct subcontractor pre‑con meetings with each major subcontractor and the project manager using Chesapeake's standard agenda template.
- Proactively schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors on the critical path to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure subcontractors fully execute and comply with the contracted scope for schedule and quality control.
- Collaborate with CCG's Safety Department, adhering to the company’s safety policy and required documentation; create a job‑site specific safety plan.
- Attend Chesapeake's monthly Safety Meetings.
- Coordinate and monitor daily job‑site activities of subcontractors and owner’s vendors; assist in future planning.
- Perform quality control duties, inspecting and tracking material deliveries and installation details; issue notices of non‑compliance as needed.
- Keep the job site clean and organized.
- Maintain a daily log and upload photos of activities.
- Identify conflicts in construction documents and resolve them with the appropriate parties or senior project leadership.
- Schedule and run weekly subcontractor pre‑construction meetings; attend CCG Superintendent quarterly meetings.
- Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions and third‑party inspectors.
- Train and mentor Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Laborers.
- 7+ years of commercial construction experience in construction management or a similar role, with knowledge of all construction trades.
- Proficiency with construction management, office productivity software, and project management solutions (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, Procore, Microsoft Teams).
- Valid driver’s license to travel to assigned job sites.
- OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certification.
