The Lane Construction Corporation is seeking an experienced Quantity Takeoff Engineer in Virginia to support bids and design-build pursuits. You will perform takeoffs from plans and specifications, maintaining work papers and backups, while coordinating with engineers, cost control, and BIM resources to interpret scope and identify risks.
The role requires 10 years in heavy civil estimating, proficiency with Bluebeam/Heavy Bid/Agtek/Primavera, and travel about 20% to project sites.
