The focus is on leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to assist in the entire production process—from concept to delivery—to create impactful content efficiently and cost‑effectively. As a producer and editor on the Creative Services team, you will be responsible for producing videos that may include lectures, interviews, demos, live‑streaming and some on‑location production.
You will closely collaborate with instructional and visual designers to create AI‑optimized learning experiences that have a cohesive look and feel and that integrate into the overall AWS brand.
The ideal candidate has top‑tier skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and the native AI tools within. They also have a portfolio of producing, shooting and editing work that demonstrates storytelling in a variety of formats and styles (e.g., short‑form, long‑form, live‑streaming, social, broadcast, etc.).
Key Job Responsibilities- Produce a variety of training video styles, including live‑streaming.
- Develop the visual tone and language of AI‑generated content.
- Work with AI tools to create engaging visual experiences that align with brand guidelines and project goals.
- Optimize AI workflows to improve quality and turnaround time by continuously exploring and refining AI‑powered video creation techniques.

- Be flexible and wear many hats for production scenarios.
- Direct crews for in‑studio and/or on‑location productions.
- Edit, manage, and supervise video post‑production projects and assets.
- Collaborate with internal and external video producers, crews, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Consistently demonstrate video production best practices.
- Balance creativity and technical execution to deliver high‑quality videos on time and within budget.
- Collaborate in a team environment and clearly communicate with teammates, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Bring extraordinary attention to detail to managing multiple video projects, versioning, and receiving feedback from project owners.
This is a hands‑on position that includes studio production, shooting, editing, and sound design. The emphasis is on artificial intelligence technologies, which can augment and accelerate video production. A successful candidate will communicate effectively, handle multiple projects from beginning to end under tight and evolving deadlines, work independently with little supervision, and collaborate with a team of producers and creatives to raise the quality bar with each project.
