* Providing technical guidance in software engineering techniques and automated support tools.
* Analyzing functional business applications and design specifications for functional activities.
* Preparing required documentation (program-level and user-level).
* Assisting in establishing standards for information systems procedures.
* Performing technical evaluations and analysis.
* Supporting the customer in the development and maintenance of systems baseline.
* Assessing server loads and working with technical leads to develop tuning recommendations.
* Providing operational pager/phone duty support.
* Completing day-to-day operations & maintenance tasks.
* Performing operating system software updates, upgrades, and patches.
