Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Systems Analyst to join our team! The Systems Engineer will participate in the development of tactical hardware and communications solutions in the RF, EW, Wireless, Digital Signal Processing realm. We are looking for a leader who will participate in the strategy and growth of our programs by collaborating with our external and internal customers and effectively communicating with our team.

• Authors system designs, development, documentation, and testing of complex tactical hardware and software systems from concept development through fielding and sustainment.
• Develops and translates stakeholder requirements into verifiable requirements for the technical execution team.
• Develops and assists with the adoption of appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools appropriate for the projects and technologies within the RSEG group
• Conducts Analysis of Alternatives, Technology Assessments, Vulnerability Assessments, and various other technology studies as required
• Collaborates and coordinates with external and internal customers and partners – builds collaborative relationships through effective communications and outreach
• Ability to participate in solutions for prototypes and efforts to develop concepts and mission requirements into viable system architectures for successful proposals and program execution.
• Assists with the development of technical roadmaps and strategy

• Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Technical background in RF/SIGINT/EW operations
• A background and working-level knowledge of digital signal processing, waveform development, RF, data analytics, software‑defined radios, and software development is a must.
• Experience in developing customer‑facing documentation of specifications, ICDs, design reviews, and test documentation. Develops a wide variety of contractual and internal documentation and reports.
• Security Clearance Requirements:
  Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements. U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Experience with system design and system architecture

Salary Range: $54,600.00 - $95,600.00
