Job Responsibilities
- Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
- Manage banking relationships through an advice-based approach, ensuring clients receive suitable products and services.
- Partner with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, Business Relationship Managers) to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
- Enhance client convenience by promoting and setting up self-service options for 24/7 account access.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Proven success in using a relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
- At least 1 year of experience in Branch Banking or equivalent in financial services, with success in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Starting Oct. 1, 2018, must obtain Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, and Life licenses within 180 days if not already licensed.
- Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.
- High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some evenings.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- College degree or military experience.
- Experience working with affluent clients.
- Strong team orientation and commitment to long-term career with the firm.
Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
This position requires compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act for Loan Originators, including background checks, credit reports, and registration through NMLS. Employment is contingent upon meeting these regulatory requirements.
