We are seeking an Application Developer to support our team by providing project management, UI/UX design, developer support, and overseeing accessibility standards.
Responsibilities- Provide surge support to development teams.
- Design and shape Human Centered Design (HCD) products and experiences using UI/UX skills.
- Create and design web elements to optimize user interaction.
- Define and implement solutions for product visuals and user experience.
- Identify and solve design problems.
- Develop wireframes and storyboards for conceptualization.
- Establish and promote UI/UX standards and best practices.
- Manage requirements via JIRA.
- Support accessibility standards and initiatives.
- Experience with Java and UI frameworks like Angular, Vue, or React.
- Experience with Agile/Dev Ops processes.
- Knowledge of Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
- UI/UX design experience.
- Experience with COTS accessibility issues.
- Project management experience.
- Designing complete user interfaces and experiences.
- Using wire framing tools, storyboards, and user flows.
- Experience supporting large organizations with multiple development teams, focusing on accessibility.
