Automated Tester at Flexwind

Full‑time, experienced Automated Tester with Software Developer knowledge to support customers with creating regression and automation tests against APIs.

• Work autonomously at times and collaborate with the rest of the development team as required.
• Perform both automated and manual testing of newly developed web‑based software.
• Perform regression testing on legacy software.
• Document any bugs or deficiencies found during testing.
• Follow existing test cases and create new cases to support new software APIs.
• Perform accessibility testing, rate the applications, and create the documentation necessary to resolve any known issues.
• Use Accessibility Standards and Tools to ensure the software is compliant with the customer’s accessibility standards.

• Must have a TS security clearance with Polygraph.
• Experience testing APIs and performing back‑end testing.
• Demonstrated proficiency in UI testing.
• Demonstrated experience and ability to write thorough test procedures.
• Experience testing Linux applications.
• Experience with back‑end testing and testing APIs.
• Knowledge of submitting request commands from the command line or using a tool to do so.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Selenium.

• Experience with JMeter, Git Hub, and/or at least one of the following development languages:
  Java, Python, Bash, Curl, XML.
• Experience with a developer IDE such as Eclipse or Intelli
  
  J.
• Experience testing in an AWS environment.
