The role supports Government activities at McLean, VA as a Customer Services and Information Technology Officer.

As a Customer Services and Information Technology Officer supporting the customer, you will be trusted to solve complex IT issues while delivering outstanding customer service. In this role, a typical day will include:

• Working on a team comprised of a wide variety of experienced personnel that provide coverage from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Working with a dedicated, highly skilled team of professionals
• CMA/DMA team collaboration troubleshooting and identifying process improvements
• Resolving critical IT-related issues that negatively impact the mission
• Network and Active Directory Administration
• Lotus Notes and Domino Administration and account provisioning
• Performing remote desktop triage and system repair using remote tools
• Maintaining and updating records and tracking databases

• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
• Minimum of 11 years related experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (Poly) required.

Experience using domain admin, experience utilizing Lotus Notes/Domino and Active Directory
