Job SummaryThe Senior Partner Solution Advisor is responsible for helping to drive SAP NS2’s strategic partner relationships. This resource will coordinate partner collaboration, position joint success across the different partner channels, and lead initiatives to better position technology and innovation for successful adoption across the cloud portfolio. The role will also support future innovation, participate in enablement for the field sales level, and serve as a go‑to expert to ensure joint success across all impacted organizations.
The position interacts directly with various SAP NS2 Cloud LOBs, senior level resources, and a broad variety of executive‑level stakeholders inside SAP.
- Review partner contracts and negotiate beneficial terms for SAP NS2 and partners.
- Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with partners through proactive and responsive engagement.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and support new partners, and manage and grow existing ones.
- Work with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product to align partnership goals with the overall company strategy.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships and make adjustments as needed.
- Address issues and challenges that arise within partnerships to ensure smooth operations.
- Work independently on topics while setting priorities and executing accordingly.
- Host Quarterly Business Reviews (Q ) with partners and relevant SAP NS2 stakeholders.
- 6+ years of presales / consulting / cloud solution experience (AWS, Azure, or Google) and SAP solutions such as S/4
HANA, Business Technology Platform (BTP), etc. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Microsoft application skills (Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Willingness to take responsibility and learn with a “Get‑it‑done” attitude, detail‑oriented and highly organized.
- Goal‑focused, team player capable of working in a cross‑functional, ever‑changing environment.
- 25% travel is required.
- Candidates who live within a commutable distance to Herndon, Virginia are preferable.

Compensation Range TransparencyThe targeted combined salary range for this position is USD 106,300 - USD 233,400. The final offer will be within that range and will depend on education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, and other factors.
