Description

We have an opening for an Automated Tester who will work as part of a small test team supporting multiple software applications in various deployment stages. This role requires knowledge of modern automated testing methodologies and technologies. Responsibilities include manual testing when automated solutions are impractical and supporting performance/load testing as needed.

Required Qualifications

• TS/SCI Polygraph
• Minimum of 11 years of relevant experience or 8 years with a Bachelor's Degree (mandatory)
• Experience with API testing through Swagger
• Experience with SQL queries for data validation (Oracle, Postgres)
• Expertise in Selenium Web Driver, Katalon Studio, Cucumber
• Proficiency in writing automated code (Java) rather than click-and-record methods
• Ability to evaluate developer assignments and engineer tests independently
• Experience using IDEs like Intelli
  
  J, Eclipse, or Net Beans
• Experience with Linux environments (Bash scripting, VI)
• Experience in writing test plans, cases, procedures, scripts, and scenarios
• History of manual and automated testing processes
• Ability to adapt to evolving work environments
• Knowledge of vulnerabilities and industry best practices in QA/testing
• Experience conducting and reporting tests using industry standards
• Maintaining and updating test environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with development teams on performance testing
