We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and scale the engineering execution of our core AI platform. You’ll be responsible for ensuring technical delivery, driving engineering best practices, and partnering with product and data science to bring generative AI capabilities to production.

• Lead engineering planning, execution, and delivery across core platform and product teams
• Provide architectural direction for containerized backend services, GenAI infrastructure, and cloud-native deployments with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and security
• Drive the full lifecycle of product features—from concept through design, implementation, release, and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Product Managers, and UI/UX Designers to prioritize and implement high-impact features
• Guide implementation of containerized AI workloads using AWS Sage Maker, Bedrock, and Hugging Face
• Promote engineering excellence through CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability, incident response, and Dev Ops best practices
• Support a high-performance engineering culture through mentorship, hiring, and continuous improvement
• Contribute to system architecture decisions and the long-term technical roadmap
• Support the integration of Generative AI and Agentic AI models where relevant

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 3+ years in engineering leadership or management roles
• Deep proficiency in Node.js and Python for backend development
• Strong experience with AWS, including Sage Maker and Docker-based deployments
• Solid grasp of system design, microservices architecture, and modern engineering principles
• Hands-on exposure to Hugging Face, Lang Chain, or similar GenAI frameworks
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Familiarity with Terraform, Kubernetes, or container orchestration
• Experience with Elasticsearch or other vector search technologies
• Exposure in building ML pipelines or integrating machine learning models into production
• Experience with Generative AI or Agentic AI models and related system integration
