Systems Integrator​/PM Security Clearance

Position: Systems Integrator/PM with Security Clearance
Responsibilities The SI/PM will support the Chief of Business Intelligence (BI) within a group focused on transforming data into actionable business intelligence to enhance decision-making and drive operational efficiency across the organization. Project Management support will include, but is not limited to, the following:
* Execute projects using the Sponsor's Project Management Framework (PMF) to plan and coordinate timely completion of tasks and activities.

* Provide a total systems perspective, including technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements.

* Develop project deliverables, including briefings, summary reports, and status reports.

* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely identification and resolution of issues, risk reduction, and stakeholder satisfaction.

* Develop long-term and strategic objectives to ensure Sponsor's requirements are met.
Qualifications
* Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

* BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7

* Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize information from various sources.

* Excellent communication and writing skills, with experience preparing briefings and presenting to executives.

* Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile) and the Project Management Framework (PMF).

* Strong soft skills, including active listening, conflict resolution, and relationship building.

* High emotional intelligence, with self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, and empathy.

* Demonstrated knowledge of the following Business IT tools/platforms:
Enterprise Service Now Platform (ESP), SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, Splunk, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
