• Drive the overall user experience for  and associated SaaS applications with a focus on designing engaging user experiences tailored to different user personas.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with marketers, designers, and developers and rapidly develop, prototype and validate wireframes/concepts while meeting creative and technical requirements.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites will look and function.
• Produce high-fidelity production ready designs.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems in existing sites.
• Use site analytics to find high value areas of improvement.
• Revise and update designs based on continuing user research, usability testing and feedback.
• Participate in regular design reviews and positively influence other team-wide design efforts.

• 2+ years of UX design experience in digital projects including designing UI/UX for websites and apps, mock-ups, concepts, storyboards, visual guidelines, print, illustrations, and brand development.
• Mandate experience in Figma
• Expert knowledge of design principles for both print and digital.
• Proficient in converting PSD compositions into HTML and CSS markup.
• Experience and a good understanding of user testing and A/B testing.
• Demonstrate a good eye for aesthetics, color, typography and design consistencies.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
