The Intelligence Operations Controller position is part of a 24 x 7 x 365 crew ensuring healthy space‑based services. Tasks include end‑to‑end monitoring of initiated services, responding to anomalies, and assisting with service setup and execution. The role is key to supporting multiple mission threads for national security.

• TS/SCI with Polygraph required to begin employment.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to learn new systems and capabilities with little direction
• Fundamental understanding of satellite communication systems
• Routine interaction with multiple stakeholders
• Solid written and oral communication
• Ability to multi‑task
• Support 24 x 7 x 365 rotational shifts (7am‑7pm, 7pm‑7am)

• Experience supporting on‑site operations environment and/or SIGINT collection
• Experience in a 24 x 7 x 365 environment
• Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of satellite communications

Proposed Salary Range: $66,100 – $135,600
