Required Qualifications:

We are seeking an experienced MS Exchange Engineer with a strong background in Exchange administration and Windows infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have:

• Education:
  
  A Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• Experience:
  
  A minimum of 11 years of experience in MS Exchange engineering

Key Technical Skills

• Active Directory:
  Architecture, design, disaster recovery, and troubleshooting
• Exchange Administration:
  Experience with transitioning from on-premises Exchange Servers to Exchange Server online with Microsoft 365 (M365), as well as administration in a hybrid environment with M365 and on-premises infrastructure
• Database Availability Groups (DAGs):
  Proven experience implementing and troubleshooting DAGs
• Performance Troubleshooting:
  Practical experience troubleshooting MS Exchange server and Windows server performance issues
• Independent Work:
  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Technical Issue Management:
  Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to:

+ Set customer expectations

+ Devise and implement action plans

+ Communicate professionally with all parties

Desired Qualifications

• Security Development Operations (Sec Dev Ops  Familiarity with iterative development projects and Sec Dev Ops  principles
• Communication Technologies:
  Experience with various communication technologies and solution architectures
• Service Now:
  Proficiency with the Service Now ticketing system
• Authentication and Authorization (A&A) and Service Support Processes (SSP):
  Experience with A&A and SSP processes, including documentation
• Technical Support:
  Experience in Tier 3 and 4 support
• Development Methodologies and Skills
• Agile Development:
  Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Programming
  
  Languages:
  
  Familiarity with modern software languages, such as Java, C++, C#, Python, Perl, etc.
• Automation:
  Ability to automate tasks using Power Shell scripts
• Microsoft Administration or Engineering
  
  Certifications:
  
  Holding certifications in Microsoft administration or engineering, including Azure certifications
