PowerApps Architect-Secret clearance required

Overview

Oran Inc. is seeking an experienced Power Apps Architect/Senior Power Apps SME to support mission-critical applications within a DoD environment
. This individual will be responsible for the administration, Dev Ops processes, security compliance, and lifecycle management of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CI/CD implementation, Power Platform governance, and experience operating within DoD or similar highly regulated federal environments.

• Administer and manage Power Platform Environments (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops for deploying Power Platform solutions across dev, test, and production environments.
• Implement and maintain Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices.
• Support integration with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and other M365 services

• Manage data gateways, API connectors, and custom connectors
  , ensuring compliance with DoD governance standards.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to DoD cybersecurity regulations
  , including STIGs, RMF, and DLP policies.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployments and troubleshoot environment-level issues.
• Automate administrative tasks using Power Shell and other scripting tools.
• Provide technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and support to internal teams and federal stakeholders.

• Active Secret Clearance or higher

• 3+ years of experience with Power Platform administration and Dev Ops practices.
• Experience building and managing Azure Dev Ops CI/CD pipelines for Power Apps and Power Automate deployments.
• Knowledge of DoD
  365-J, GCC High, or similar secure Office 365 environments.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online
  , Microsoft Teams, and Power Shell scripting
  .
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity compliance frameworks (STIGs, RMF, FISMA).
• Experience managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and Power Platform tenant settings.
