You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. • Physical decommissioning of cabling infrastructure in a Data Center environment.
• Manage assigned work and priorities through ticketing system and/or workflows.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders via ticketing system.
• Effectively coordinate and deliver multiple tasks concurrently.
• Exhibit quality workmanship and maintain Data Center cleanliness.
• Leverage the logical tools and systems that are provided.
• Follow all production, safety, and quality standards, codes and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to remove obstacles.
• Read and comprehend datacenter build documentation and site‑specific layout material.
• Travel within the geographical work area is required; up to 25% travel outside the traditional area may be required depending on your region.
• Scope effort assigned, validate work ready for decommissioning, create change requests, and execute effort promptly.
• Document all efforts via ticketing system.
• Be comfortable working at heights, including on ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts, while adhering to safety protocols.

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• 2+ years of experience coordinating work and priorities through ticketing system and workflows.
• 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience and 1+ year of computer networking experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $55,900/year in our lowest market up to $125,100/year in our highest market. Pay is based on various factors including location and individual knowledge, skills, and experience. We offer a total compensation package that may include equity, sign‑on payments, and other benefits.
