ServiceNow Developer

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Now Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of Service Now solutions for a federal program out of Herndon, VA.

This role requires an ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance

• Lead the design and architecture of Service Now solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, and custom applications
• Define platform governance, development standards, and security controls
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks, FedRAMP, FISMA, and TRM standards
• Develop and configure Service Now modules, workflows, catalog items, dashboards, and integrations
• Integrate Service Now with enterprise systems using MID servers, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Service Now platform capabilities and best practices

• 7+ years of professional experience in Service Now development and architecture
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and Service Now platform architecture
• Experience working with federal programs and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, FISMA, DHS TRM)
• Experience developing modules, workflows, catalog items and integrations
• Must have an ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance (DHS or CBP Clearance HIGHLY preferred)
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• AL/automation experience highly desired
• Bachelor’s degree in related field

• Salary:
  Between $120,000 – $165,000 based on years of relevant experience
