Principal WW GTM Specialist, Amazon Connect, Customer Experience
Join us as the Principal WW GTM Specialist for Amazon Connect, a role focused on transforming support into success by blending AI and human agents. The position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP) and requires a seasoned CCaaS professional to design and execute scalable go‑to‑market strategies for Connect’s AI suite of features, ensuring they deliver measurable value to both customers and internal stakeholders.
You will work cross‑functionally to test, iterate, and launch global programs that drive growth, influence product roadmap priorities, and enable the global sales organization with compelling sales playbooks.
- Create the GTM strategy for Amazon Connect's AI‑driven omnichannel solution.
- Own strategic initiatives that contribute to our global go‑to‑market plan and measure & report on impact.
- Collaborate with GTM specialists, sellers, partner teams, and service teams to develop scalable sales plays that meet growth targets.
- Determine and iterate on internal and partner‑led routes to market.
- Work closely with the service team to influence roadmap priorities and bring new AI features to market.
- Partner with product managers and sales to identify, replicate, and scale successful sales campaigns.
- Develop assets and content to enable the global sales organization to execute sales playbooks.
- Work closely with sellers, solutions architects, and partners to understand blockers to growth for the Connect omnichannel solution.
- Maintain a reporting cadence to the cross‑functional team to elevate issues, address blockers, communicate changes, and iterate on strategy.
- 7+ years of experience with Business Application Technologies, including but not limited to End User Compute (EUC), Supply Chain, Contact Center as a Service, Consumer Data Applications, Encrypted Communications, or Communication Developer Services.
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
- 7+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
- 7+ years of professional or military experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations.

CompensationBase pay ranges from $158,400 per year (lowest geographic market) to $262,000 per year (highest geographic market). Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional compensation such as equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation can be part of a total package.
