This is a senior, high-impact position blending technology leadership with strategic partnership to deliver AI and other transformative solutions for mission-critical work.

• Serve as the technical lead on high-profile customer engagements—designing, building, and deploying tailored Salesforce solutions for defense, intelligence, and aerospace missions.
• Partner with internal product and engineering teams to co-develop platform features addressing real-world public sector and IL5/IL6 operational requirements.
• Lead integration of AI/ML models, data pipelines, and automation flows that enable predictive maintenance, personnel planning, and mission-critical logistics decisions.
• Enable customers to adopt Salesforce for field operations, asset visibility, command center operations, and secure collaboration through Slack and Government Cloud Plus.
• Work with customer IT/security teams to accelerate Authority to Operate (ATO) and production go-lives per DoD IL5/IL6 and other regulatory frameworks.
• Share lessons learned to shape playbooks, prototypes, and reusable assets for government innovation.
• Translate operational priorities into actionable technical roadmaps and Salesforce solutions aligned with agency strategy.

• Deploy cutting-edge commercial AI solutions — e.g., agent-based AI, data analytics, field service automation — into defense, intelligence, and aerospace environments to accelerate transformation and outcomes.
• Become a trusted partner and collaborate directly with end-users in classified and unclassified environments to understand mission needs and translate them into technical implementations using Salesforce’s multi-cloud portfolio.
• Drive innovation by serving as a bridge between customer missions and Salesforce engineering; gather frontline feedback and co-design features and capabilities that strengthen national security outcomes.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery of complex AI solutions; write critical code, configure systems, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior team members to ensure successful deployment and measurable impact.
• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable production systems; architect and deploy complex AI and Large Language Model (LLM) based intelligent agents and automated workflows on the Salesforce platform.
• Engineer bespoke Agentic AI solutions with customers to meet unique business requirements and integrate with existing ecosystems.
• Manage the data lifecycle—from strategic data model design to building processing pipelines and ensuring secure, optimized data for AI applications.
• Drive Agentforce innovation by developing bespoke intelligent agents, automating business processes, and delivering intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct deep-dive debugging and root cause analysis for complex system interactions and AI model behaviors to optimize performance and reliability.
• Lead rapid prototyping and iteration, coding alongside client teams to demonstrate capabilities and gather feedback for iterative refinement.
• Implement and enforce engineering best practices for code quality, scalability, security, and maintainability across deployed solutions.

• 8+ years of hands-on, end-to-end delivery experience for scalable production solutions.
• Strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
• Expert-level proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, Apex).
• Extensive experience with AI/LLM technologies, including integrating LLMs, AI orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks.
• Deep expertise in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics; experience with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query).
