• Bentley's Micro Station
• Various versions of Adobe Standard and Reader
• Android Operating System, Apple Operating System, Verizon Management
• Active Directory
• System Center Configuration Manager
• Video/Audio Editing
• Army Training Certification Tracking System (ATCTS)

• Certification in Security Plus, Certification in A Plus and Automation NCO Course.
• Knowledge of operating system software to install application software, troubleshoot operating systems and application software problems, and use operating system commands for executing programs. Ability to use and maintain computer systems, equipment, and software.
• 4+ years of experience with PC image building, and IA patch management
