We are looking for experienced Systems Integrators / Project Managers to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer. This program will deliver engineering services for network infrastructure as well as sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure including end-point devices, data center hosted servers, multi-Cloud services as well as virtualized applications, and storage systems. Enterprise Computing Engineering services include modern application technology including containerized solutions with orchestrated workflow that function both on customer premise, and via remote Cloud services.

Network infrastructure engineering services are comprised of core infrastructure, voice and video engineering, field engineering, application management and development for networks, network analytics, firewalls, network access controls and bandwidth service delivery. This is a fast paced, challenging, and career rewarding experience to recruit and develop provide top talent and solutions on one of the most complex and high-profile programs within the government customer community.

In this position, the candidate will also serve as the Task Order PM, acting as the primary contract management representative in this customer space. Further, this resource would have additional program management reporting responsibilities and would report directly to IDIQ contract leadership.

We are actively seeking to a Project Manager / Systems Integrator professional with a minimum of 11​+ years' experience to lead a new engineering and integration effort. You will be supporting a key enterprise IT customer with the integration of IT systems while overseeing efforts including A&A, IT architecture design and planning and its applicable support to external organizations.

We are actively seeking to fill multiple positions within this Job category with candidates that have a minimum of 11 years' experience in one or more of the disciplines described below where specific skills may include the following:

• Use PMF and Agile methodologies to manage projects leveraging Primavera, JIRA, ESMT, Service Now and other enterprise tools product

• Oversee sprint planning, utilize gathered and analyzed technical information and perform daily Agile scrum. Maintain individual project schedules and schedule forecasts

• Serve as programmatic liaison to the sponsor; maintains enterprise sponsor contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations. Must possess strong interpersonal skills with tact as they collaborate with technical resources, engineering, developers, mission partners and senior officers

• Formulate outcome and performance-based taskings that leverages program control systems including, but not limited to EVMS and related program control methodologies

• Provide technical and financial reports to document progress for the enterprise sponsor.

• Maintain individual project schedules and schedule forecasts

• Identify risks and documents program progress including implementation, timelines, issues, risks, quality and successes measures to meet contractual requirements

• Manage and ensure all project issues are resolved promptly to avoid negative impact to the budget or schedule

• Work closely with the BAE Systems Talent Acquisition team to identify new candidates and adjudicate the interviews, vetting and hiring of the new required resources.

• Provide communication that leads to the understanding of deadlines, assignments and objectives across all enterprise stake holders

• Identify and implement program-related efficiencies and innovative solutions.

• Implement and enforce standards in the use of program management tools like Service Now to promote workforce efficiency and transparency.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, business or related field
