In this job, you will be working in a team to maintain, adjust, and configure GPOs. Day to day:
* Respond, research, and troubleshoot incident tickets and address system anomalies.
* Review security scans and remediate findings via the GPOs.
* Create and implement Group Policy Objects to manage and enforce security settings, software installations, and user experience across the enterprise.
* Configure GPOs to control user and computer settings, such as password policies, account lockout policies, and software restrictions.
* Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
* Configure group policy preferences to manage user and computer settings such as mapped drives, printers, and registry settings.
* Develop and implement GPO risk mitigation:
* Document new GPO policy changes to include referencing JIRAs, CHG requests or incident numbers.
* Coordinate changes and outages with operations team.
* Collaborate with other engineers on policy and compliance efforts. ABC
#LI-DDUNN Required Education, Experience, & Skills This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 11 years of relevant experience in an IT environment. In addition, the following abilities are also needed to be successful in the role:
* Detail oriented and methodical.
* In-depth knowledge of Windows O/S.
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Experience with creation and deployment of workstation and user GPOs in a Windows environment Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
* Masters in programming, computer science, or related field.
* Certifications in:
* Windows O/S
* Group Policy Objects (GPO)
* Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
* Experience with MECM.
* Experience with Windows Registry
* Experience with Service Now. Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317

This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
