SAP NS2 Sales Architect

You have extensive experience leading services delivery excellence programs across large, complex delivery organizations. Deep expertise in strategic workforce planning, resource management, capacity governance, skill transformation, and process standardization at scale is required. Experience managing teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and shaping operational excellence frameworks and delivery standards across a portfolio is expected. You balance deep operational knowledge with strategic thinking about how delivery organizations need to evolve.

You'll lead services delivery excellence programs end-to-end, driving workforce planning strategy, resource allocation governance, and capability transformation across the delivery organization. Designing and overseeing delivery process frameworks, performance reporting, and operational dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making are core responsibilities. You'll govern compliance with global processes, security standards, and risk mitigation initiatives, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and mentor a team of delivery excellence professionals.

Shaping operational methodology and tooling within your area is part of the role.

You’ll provide delivery excellence leadership across teams and act as a trusted advisor to senior delivery and business leaders on workforce strategy and operational performance. The team relies on your experience to govern complexity, resolve escalations, and sustain delivery standards.
