What You’ll Do:
The Project Coordinator 1 provides administrative and documentation support for architecture, governance, and technical program management activities.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Support architecture documentation and artifact management.
• Coordinate architecture review board activities.
• Maintain configuration management records and repositories.
• Support AI governance documentation and architecture decision records.
• Prepare meeting materials and document action items.
• Track architecture baseline updates and approvals.

• Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of project coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.

• Experience supporting technical or architecture teams.
• Familiarity with AI documentation and governance practices.
• PMP or CAPM
• ITIL Foundations
