IT Systems and Cloud Administrator

Net Impact Strategies, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Systems and Cloud Administrator to provide technical support and administer the company’s Microsoft 365 environment, Windows endpoints, and Azure cloud infrastructure. This position is responsible for resolving escalated IT issues, provisioning and maintaining cloud resources, supporting cloud-based application environments, providing Tier I support for the AIForge software product, and assisting with the company’s cybersecurity and CMMC compliance program.

• Provide Tier II and Tier III technical support for hardware, software, network, authentication, and cloud-related issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, One Drive, and Microsoft Entra .
• Manage user accounts, licenses, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot identity and access security controls, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), Conditional Access policies, and other Microsoft 365 security settings, in accordance with company security requirements.
• Use Connect Wise Manage to document, track, and resolve IT service requests and incidents.
• Provide Tier I technical support for the AIForge software product, including troubleshooting user issues, assisting with basic configuration and access questions, documenting support requests, and escalating issues as appropriate.

• Use Microsoft Intune to enroll, configure, manage, and monitor Windows endpoints and applicable mobile devices.
• Image, provision, configure, and deploy laptops, operating systems, and required applications.
• Manage operating system and third-party software updates, endpoint compliance, encryption, and security configurations.
• Monitor and maintain endpoint protection and security tools, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender Antivirus, and Windows Defender Firewall.
• Use remote monitoring and management tools to deploy software updates, remotely access company laptops for troubleshooting, and maintain endpoint health and security.
• Troubleshoot endpoint issues and maintain hardware and software inventories.

• Provision, configure, and maintain Azure resources and project-specific cloud environments.
• Deploy and administer virtual machines, virtual desktops, virtual networks (VNets), Azure Firewall, Kubernetes and container infrastructure, databases, storage, and other cloud resources supporting application environments.
• Configure and maintain cloud networking, connectivity, access permissions, and security controls.
• Monitor cloud resource health, performance, logging, backups, recovery capabilities, and security configurations.
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues, document configurations, and monitor resource utilization and costs.
• Develop knowledge of new Azure services and technologies as needed to support company and project requirements.

• Collect, review, and retain audit logs from Microsoft 365, endpoints, and Azure environments in accordance with company procedures.
• Monitor security alerts, investigate potential issues, and support incident response activities.
• Maintain and help implement existing security controls, configuration baselines, and security procedures supporting CMMC compliance.
• Assist with maintaining the System Security Plan (SSP), system security documentation, asset inventories, and other CMMC compliance records.
