Summit 7 is seeking a Service Desk Analyst in Virginia to provide frontline IT support for core Microsoft 365 apps and enterprise services. The role requires monitoring backups, user management in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, One Drive for Business, and Azure AD, with basic network and remote access support.
You will document changes and communicate status to clients. The position offers full-time exempt status, a TS/SCI with Poly clearance, competitive salary in the $50,000–$65,000
