** The Role
** The Operations Technician II coordinates LTGSI fleet vehicles, tools, and test equipment to support operational readiness, asset accountability, and field operations.##
** The Main Responsibilities
** 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet vehicles, tools, and test equipment.
3. Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate repair, maintenance, and calibration activities.
1. Issue and receive tools and equipment in accordance with established policies and procedures.
3. Support Engineering, Project Management, and Logistics teams with equipment coordination, shipping, and asset tracking.
5. Process approved overhead orders through SAP and corporate purchasing procedures, providing status updates as needed.
7. Coordinate fleet vehicle maintenance, inspections, licensing, assignments, pooled vehicle usage, and vehicle disposition activities.
9. Verify completion of required driver training and recurring refresher courses.
11. Review existing procedures annually and develop new documentation to support operational requirements and process improvements.
13. Ensure compliance with company policies, asset management standards, and operational guidelines.##
** What We Look For in a Candidate*** +

Skills and Qualifications    Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and work in limited weather-exposed conditions.

Education and Experience:

Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
Security Requirements:
U.S. citizenship required.
Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and a government security investigation.##
** Compensation**|  || --- || This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
