As a Deltek Ajera Product Management Leader, you will lead the product roadmap, drive product innovation, strategic planning, and operational excellence for Ajera. You'll shape the future of Ajera by leading and developing a team of product managers while managing customer feedback and guiding product strategy. We’re looking for someone who is execution focused and excited about building customer‑centric products, coaching and mentoring product management talent, and delivering exceptional SaaS experiences.

This role balances people leadership with cross‑functional collaboration to ensure our products meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.

• You have a deep understanding of Deltek Ajera functionality or extensive experience working the architecture and engineering project management and accounting space.
• You have a strategic mindset with skills in people management, product leadership, coaching, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management.
• You are both a visionary leader and an analytical thinker who can translate stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements and scalable solutions.
• You have strong communication skills with the ability to champion customer feedback and navigate complex escalations with integrity and respect.
• You have an eye for continual improvement, and passion for customer satisfaction and operational excellence at scale.
• You have a proven ability to work cross‑functionally across business units.

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Product Managers, providing coaching, mentoring, and career development.
• Manage and prioritize customer product feedback and ideas, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Partner with customer care organization to resolve critical issues.
• Collaborate with Cloud management to ensure successful SaaS experience and platform stability.
• Drive roadmap direction from both planning and execution perspectives, balancing short‑term needs with long‑term vision.
• Serve as Product Owner for a subset of features, defining requirements and guiding development teams.
• Lead release team management, including new release enablement and support for Ajera product initiatives.
• Partner with engineering and UX leadership to define, design and bring new features to market.
• Guide product decisions using both qualitative customer insights and quantitative metrics.

• 7+ years of experience with Deltek Ajera.
• Proven success partnering with cross functional teams.
• Proven track record of using problem solving skills to solve business challenges.
• Excellent communication skills.
