Key Responsibilities Space Planning and Design

Creating conceptual space plans, block plane and stack plans based on occupancy needs and business requirements.

Data Management

Maintaining accurate occupancy data within the designated systems and conducting space audits for validation.

Move Management

Planning and executing moves, including sequencing, scheduling and coordinating with project managers.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Ensuring designs adhere to building codes, safety and building standards, and company-specific guidelines.

Reporting and Analysis

Analyzing space utilization data, preparing reports, and making recommendations to optimize space usage.

Furniture and FF&E

Involved in furniture selection, procurement and managing excess inventory.

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience with LM Buildings
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with office furniture systems & configurations
  • Auto Cad expertise
  • Office Furniture selling/designing experience
  • Space management experience
Desired Skills
  • Experience with LM Buildings
  • Proficiency in Design Software:
    AutoCAD
  • Space Planning Expertise:
    Understanding space allocation principles and maximizing space efficiency.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full‑time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
