• Act as a liaison between YSI and other companies to foster partnership for business opportunities.
• Work closely with business development and technical teams to create compelling campaigns that drive brand awareness.
• Manage all marketing events, from small to large, including roadshows, tech conferences, etc., to increase YSI’s market visibility.
• Manage blog content for technology products.
• Conduct market research and analyze current and future industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Oversee and optimize marketing campaigns; measure marketing campaign effectiveness, track performance metrics, and make decisions based on performance.
• Additional responsibilities as required.

• Strong comprehension skills and ability to communicate information effectively.
• Have a strong understanding of best practices in marketing techniques and apply them to partner needs.
• Generate fresh ideas for company‑led marketing offerings and continue to develop new methods and approaches.
• Proficiency using marketing tools, MS Office, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Creative thinking and problem‑solving skills, resilience when met with adverse outcomes/results.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, marketing, communications, or other computer science fields. MBA in Business or Marketing preferred.

This position is 100% onsite at YSI Headquarters in Herndon, VA

Salary: $75,000‑85,000 annually, plus benefits.
