Marketing Representative

This Marketing Representative role is responsible for online marketing strategies, event planning, vendor liaison, and lead management for Fierce Software®. They will oversee all aspects of digital marketing, coordinate events, act as primary contact for Fierce Software® partners, and ensure accurate lead tracking in our CRM.

• Act as main point of contact for vendor partners.
• Planning in-person and virtual events.
• Manage Fierce Software® social media platforms.
• Manage the database within Fierce Software® CRM to make sure leads are being implemented correctly.

• Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred)
• Preferred: 2-3 years of experience in public sector marketing.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce is essential for success in this role
• Ability to work independently
• Creativity is crucial for crafting compelling marketing materials
• Proficient in social media advertising
