AAHA-accredited general practice, has been proudly serving the Herndon, VA community for over 25 years! We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our dynamic team.

- A veterinary receptionist with 1-2 years of experience, though we will welcome someone with limited experience and offer a strong training program to help you grow.
- Comfortable talking and interacting with clients.

In this position, you will learn a diverse set of skills and knowledge related to both animal care and customer service. You'll become proficient in handling appointment scheduling, client communication, and basic veterinary terminology. You will also learn to manage administrative tasks, handle payments, and navigate veterinary software for record-keeping. Furthermore, you'll develop essential skills in empathy, communication, and organization to effectively support both pet owners and the veterinary team.
