Your Impact
  • Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities.

  • Provide timely and informative input back to other corporate functions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of direct sales experience selling enterprise software to large enterprises or Public Sector (required) in fast‑growing, changing, and driven environments.
  • 4+ years of sales experience within the Public Sector Industry.
  • 2+ years of direct sales experience with large SLED (State, Local Gov. and Higher Ed) accounts in VA and/or WV.
  • Proven record of exceeding quota in complex, solution‑based sales.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willing to travel to client site and for conferences.
  • Must live in the DC Metro, VA or WV region.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of SaaS or Cloud experience is highly preferred.
  • 4+ years of direct SLED experience preferred.
  • Previous experience teaming with partners, channels, and alliances to sell more efficiently and overachieve your quota.
  • Consistent track record of new business development and over achieving sales targets with prospects and customers in the defined territory.
  • Strong executive presence and polish, and excellent listening skills.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques; knowledge of Force Management, MEDDPICC, and Challenger methodologies is a plus.

Compensation

The starting salary range posted for this position is $ to $ and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation, equity, or benefits.
