About the RoleKägwerks is seeking a proactive Inside Sales Representative to support our Sales organization through lead generation, inbound and outbound sales activity, CRM management, and client engagement. A key part of the position includes organizing and managing regional exhibitions and trade shows. You will collaborate closely with internal teams—including Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Production, and Logistics—to ensure seamless communication and an exceptional customer experience.
KeyActivities
- Support the sales team with quotes, opportunity updates, and lead creation.
- Manage and organize regional trade shows in partnership with the sales lead and marketing.
- Drive lead identification and generation through inbound inquiry management and proactive outbound activity.
- Engage regularly with customers to understand requirements and identify new sales opportunities.
- Answer customer questions, provide product information, manage workflows, and minimize hold times throughout the sales process.
- Create and maintain a database of current and prospective customers.
- Explain and demonstrate product and service features.
- Monitor competitive products and services to stay informed.
- Manage Salesforce CRM data and generate reports.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to align individual and team objectives.
You are an organized and proactive sales professional who enjoys engaging with customers and identifying new business opportunities. You have strong communication skills, particularly over the phone, and you’re confident managing both inbound inquiries and outbound sales activity. You take pride in understanding customer needs, gathering relevant information, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through to closing.
You are comfortable using CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and can maintain accurate records while generating meaningful insights through reporting. You are proficient with MS Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint, and have a solid understanding of the sales lifecycle. A foundation in communications technology is beneficial, but more importantly, you bring a willingness to learn and adapt.

You maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, stay organized, and take a “can‑do” approach to problem‑solving. Your flexible mindset and enthusiasm for acquiring new skills make you a strong contributor to the team.
