As a Product Market Manager at Satair
, you will drive sales of Satair distributed products, serve as the commercial focal point for product management in the region, and develop and implement a product sales strategy that ensures customer account growth and achievement of regional Order Intake and Revenue goals.

Location: Herndon, VA & Miami, FL.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Market Share – product sales strategy and execution (40%):
    Seek out, implement and develop sales of Satair’s products and services that drive market share growth in the region; gather, analyze and draw out opportunities from regional market data and demand trends; with support of OEM Product Managers, master the assigned product line value proposition and go‑to‑market strategy, translating this into proactive and timely sales campaigns; leverage our Satair tools and analytic platforms in the market analysis process;

    maintain real‑time understanding of current sales gaps for assigned product lines at a customer level, developing timely product sales campaigns that will drive closure of these gaps and enable market share growth.
  • Product Sales Pipeline Development – customer proposals and opportunity achievement (30%):
    Responsible for and owner of the regional CRM Sales Pipeline; single point of contact in the region for identified opportunities across assigned product lines; ensure relevant product line sales lead creation and maintaining a consistent CRM pipeline that enables regional account directors to achieve customer account sales targets; manage a timely response to customer inquiries including Requests for Proposal bids, answering of requests for quotes, and resolution of customer pricing inquiries;

    drive contract follow‑up process – identifying gaps to expected sales plan, securing customer feedback and developing actions to address the gaps.
  • Regional Stakeholder Management (25%):
    Regional product line focal point for commercial and customer‑facing teams; enable ASC commercial teams with relevant CRM sales pipeline and ongoing product line awareness trainings; support the customer resolution process as it relates to assigned product pricing; ensure timely market and customer opportunity feedback into the ASP OEM product management teams.
  • Additional Responsibilities (5%):
    Participate in the regional sales meeting as the product management focal point, securing the agenda for the product management scope; own and drive the product marketing plan for the assigned region in coordination with Marketing; support and give input to AOP, Budget and forecasting process.

Your Boarding Pass:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, aviation or business administration related field.
  • 6+ years in sales, product management or related experience.
