, you will serve and safeguard clients across a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate. This part‑time role affords flexibility to build a schedule that works for you and offers opportunities for career growth via our Claim a Shift platform.

$20.57 / Hour

Friday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Saturday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures and site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and in a problem‑solving manner, following established protocols for commercial real‑estate locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related issues.
• Monitor building access points and report any suspicious behavior or security concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and activities promptly and accurately according to Allied Universal guidelines.
• Collaborate with property management, tenants, and/or emergency responders as needed to support security operations at the location.

• Preference for customer service experience.
• Preference for experience with access control or badge systems.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Minimum age of 18 years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required per federal, state, and local laws.
• Consideration may be given to applicants with criminal histories consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
